Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a therapy that treats you holistically as an individual. EFT helps free you from negative emotions that can block your natural flow of bodily energy, which directly affects your health and wellbeing. EFT offers you a release from stress-related conditions.
When you meet with an EFT practitioner at Marlborough House, your practitioner will ask you to think clearly about your problem. As you are thinking, you will be asked to measure your problem’s intensity on a scale of 1 to 10. Your practitioner will then tap a sequence of points on your body until you feel that the intensity of your emotions has come down to zero.
With EFT therapy, the negative energy that has been disturbing you is dispelled, and your feelings of distress diminish. Your session finishes with useful tips and techniques that you can use at home in case your problem reoccurs.
